General Scheduling Information: If you should need to contact us regarding changes, corrections, requests for rescheduling, withdrawals, you may contact via email: esarevisions@unisun.org. Please note that any queries about placement change need to include a suggestion of where in another scheduled session, you would like your presentation moved to. We have designated OPEN slots in the schedule that are available. It is a good idea to select a couple of applicable OPEN slots as other submitters may also be considering the same OPEN time slot and they will be filled on a first come - first serve basis. Changes in your presentation time WILL NOT be considered unless you can offer an alternative time slot; we will not be hunting through the lengthy schedule for you. Such requests should be received by June 5th. Editing required abstracts - no reply: This information is for those of you who very recently received an email notice regarding non-response to our request for abstract edits. As stated in the email, if we had not heard from you by the date listed in your notification email, then we have assumed that you did not wish to pursue this abstract submission for the ESA Annual Meeting. Given those terms, we have not moved forward to process your abstract, and you are not scheduled for a presentation at the year 2000 ESA Annual Meeting. If somehow there has been a miscommunication, please contact esarevisions@unisun.org Remember to read the Oral and Poster Specifications that are posted on the Snowbird page. These specifications provide necessary information for your presentation. Also, if you have not registered - please do so a.s.a.p. http://esa.sdsc.edu/snowbird2000.htm To report technical problems with this web site or to suggest improvements you may contact the site administrator at Allen Press, Inc., at abserv@allenpress.com |
