ABSTRACT- In the word of today, the strong interference effect of human activity on the natural eco-system of the world have already caused the ecological environment to be damaged, the function of the ecosystem to decrease, and even the ecosystem to be destroyed along with the rapid development of agricultural and industrial productions and the sharp growth of population. In order to take a road to sustainable development, a necessary fundamental task is to develop ecological dynamics (eco-dynamics). Eco-dynamics, so called here, implies a cross disciplinary science that deals with the dynamic mechanism of the interactions between all the living organisms on the one hand and the environment, the society of mankind and the road to sustainable development on the other. Ecological cybernetic principle studies the theory and methods to protect and improve ecological environmental conditions through regulating and controlling the dependence of eco-dynamic sinks on eco-dynamic resources on the basis of the achievements of eco-dynamics and cybernetics. Its final goal is to increase the effectiveness of ecosystem. Ecological cybernetic principle is related to different motion forms of matter-mechanical-, physical-, chemical-, biological-, and social-motion, so its scope of time and space scales very wide.
