Pathways of invasion: The human factor.

ABSTRACT- A unique project is in progress via collaboration between an invasion ecologist, and an artist where the investigation of the human factor in plant invasions is set in the context of the industrial and post-industrial setting of the Irwell Valley in north west England, cradle of the Industrial Revolution. Community involvement via schools and public amenity use will be monitored and evaluated.
