ABSTRACT- The Agricultural Division of the Noble Foundation, located in Ardmore, Oklahoma has been assisting farmers and ranchers in reaching their goals for their operations since 1945. Multi-Disciplinary consultation is the cornerstone service of the Agricultural Division, and this service is carried out by four consultation teams that operate in quadrants of a 100 mile service area in southern Oklahoma and northern Texas. The Agricultural Division conducts applied research and demonstration at six locations covering approximately 15,000 acres. Research and Demonstration, along with an education program focused on producer needs are used as support functions for the consultation program. This seminar will illustrate the multi-disciplinary consultation approach, cooperator perceptions, impacts of this program, and specific research, demonstration and educational projects that are currently being conducted.
