Kim, Y.J1, Heo, E.N2, 1 Seoul National University, Seoul, Seoul, Korea2 Seoul National University, Seoul, Seoul, Korea ABSTRACT- This study is based on ASA(Advanced Sustainability Analysis)that is a methodology for the potential sustainability in relation to economic growth and welfare polices. This theory is built on th postulates with four theoretical identities definded by the master equations(supply, employment, structural shift, welfare). This study is the empirical analysis of Korean economy. We use energy consumption and co2 emission as evironmental stress(ES). This empirical study can obtain several effects about relation of envrionment and economy: for instant, growth effect, growth reboundeffect, sustainable technological development. These effects can indicate a direction of the environment policy. We used complete a decomposition analysis(by Sun) method to obtain these effects. Using these effects, we induced dematerialization and immaterialization that can stand the magnitude of sustainabiility of the korean economy Key words: Sustainability evaluation, ASA, Dematerailization, complete decomposition analysis |
