ABSTRACT- During many years, the field of the valuation of risk was developed as the necessity of determining if the human health could be committed by the exhibition to contained chemical pollutants in the water, in the floor and air. The ecological risk assessment is a process that evaluates the consequences about human health and environment due to exhibitions to polluting agents. This includes identification and characterization of the risk and resources assessment affected by different pollutants. This necessity leaves mainly in populations nearby to industrial places, particularly areas that had an explosive growth, without the appropriate controls. With the objective of characterizing the human health risk due to industrial waste according to different entrance roads to the human body, in Buenos Aires Province. We carry out this investigation generating different thematic maps, considering different types of pollutants and their entrance roads to the human body The zonation of the study area carries out for a geographical information system (GIS), with which generate the different thematic maps. The environmental vulnerability was analyzed, keeping in mind: the topographical and urban situation of the industries, the types of industries and its waste. We also analyze statistical data about the population's health being carried out the corresponding distribution maps. The confluence of environmental and human vulnerability allowed the realization of the risk maps; these consider different types of pollutants and their entrance roads to the human body. We conclude that, the space situation of the industries, the lack of sanitation infrastructure and the control lack of those poured, cause a high risk, so much to the human health as to the environment. Due to the primary objective of the risk assessment is evaluate the different scenarios of the land use, current and future, to determine the potential risk on the human health and the environment. The generation of thematic maps allows visualizing the different places with high environmental vulnerability and therefore high health risk. It is necessary to incorporate considerations of risks to the humans as well as to the ecosystems for the taking of decisions in order to reduce or to eliminate pollutants.
