Various Yoga Methods for Enhancement of Sexual Pleasure. Petkar, Sudhakar*,1, Petkar, Alka*,1, 1 , Sangamner, Maharashtra, India ABSTRACT- Everybody wish to have a sexual pleasure without any invasive line of treatement or medicine. Stress and Strain are very common for causing various sexual problems. Change of the lifestyle is essential to combact these sexual problem and to enhance the sexual pleasure. This path goes through an ancient Indian Science the 'Yoga'. The education of various yogic postures, yogic breathing exercies, meditation is essential for this. Yoga keeps the perfect fitness of the body and mental stability. Yogic Postures - 1)Forward bend Posture 2) Back Stretch Posture 3) Half Twist Posture 4) Moon Posture 5) Supine Ankle Posture 6)Cobra Posture 7) Bow Posture 8) Stand On Shoulder Posture. 9) Stand on Head Posture 10) Plough Posture. B) YOGIC GESTURES 1) Stand on Elbow Gestures 2) Royal Gesture 3) Hoarse Anus Gesture. C) NEURO MUSCULAR LOCKS 1) Fly up lock 2) Anus lock 3) Chi lock. D) For calmness & concentration of mind.- YOGIC BREATING PRACTICES & MEDITATION. Results - This study shows that Yoga plays an important role for better sex and enhance the esxual pleasure. It increase the duration of the coitus and help to solve the problem like premature ejaculation, functional erectile disfunction etc. Conclustion - But yoga is not a single day procedure. It should be accepted as a life style and for this "WILL" and determination of mind is necessary. It is a non-invasive, cost free treatment for better sexual pleasure.
