Multiple Perverse Immaginations: clinical case. His paraphilic imaginations concerned fat women (adipophlias), elderly (gerontophilias) and with physical impairments (apotemnophilias). Besides, he introduced an aversion for the female genital organ that had produced a sexual partialism, (fellatio and masturbation) with consequent not consummation of the marriage. The man in matter exclusively submitted him to a psychotherapic treatment to avoid a separation. His wife didn't know of the real causes of the sexual difficulties of her partner that persisted from over fifteen years.
