Sexual Attitudes and Violence.

ABSTRACT- OBJECTIVES: To Know the relation between the attitudes towards sexuality and violence. MATERIAL AND METHODS: It is a descriptive transversal study realized plan conceded for aforementioned university. Al made a structured, voluntary and anonimus questionnaire to know the sexual attitudes and violence. The sample to made up for 4910, after removing those questionnaires that presented blanks items. We did the data analysis with SPSS. RESULTS: The half age is 20.72 years (SD=2.61). The 59.3% is woman. The 59.1% is making 1st (X=19.61 years; SD=2.17), the 31.9% is making 3rd (X=21.95; SD=2.08) and the 8.9% is making 5th/6th course (X=23.79 years; SD=2.61). 1938 people make studies of Humanities, 3548 studies of Sciencies and 128 estudies of Fine Arts. The 5.4% had been victims of indecent assault, the 6.1% of sexual harassment and the 1% of rape. There is not significative association between the attitudes towards sexuality and indecent assault, sexual harassment and rape. CONCLUSION: The Education for the Sexual Health is unique way for improving the quality of the sexual life of all people, specially of the more youngers (victims and sexual aggressive person).
