ABSTRACT- The presentation will be primarily concerned with describing the development and improvement of systems and procedures for the protection of children from sexual abuses . Second, it will consider how improved systems and procedures for responding to disclosures of abuse and investigations can be used to develop more effective mechanisms for the prevention of abuse and reduction in it prevalence. The central theme of the presentation will be the need to take a holistic approach to the investigation and prevention of sexual abuse. Inter-learning process to confront family violence Educational Program for preventing family violence. PEACE BEGINS AT HOME Addressed to health professionals that are not taught this subject in undergraduate or graduate studies. An educational process to stimulate the conscious and active participation of people based on their daily experiences. Finally in Cuba the CENESEX, the Cuban Women Organization and the Gender and Public Health groups have rich some important results on this topic violence against women both violates and impairs or nullifies the enjoyment by women of their human rights and fundamental freedoms (Beijing declaration and platform for Action).
