An up to date analysis carried out in some groups of teenagers (Rubinstein, 2004; Fuertes, 2002; Fisher, 2000) clearly show that the young have greater informations than in the past, concernig both the contraception and the prevention from the sexually transmissible diseases. Mareover, many researches have been published concerning the topics of sexsuality and contraception in bath adult women and adult couples (Marsiglio, 2001). The group investigated was of late subdivided in three groups (17-23; 24-30; 31-37). The questionnaire, rigorously anonymons, has been submitted to 100 subjects. Such questionnaire has been subdivided in three parts: the first one comprises general information, the second is to collect the information and knowledges concerning the sexual life, the third party is dedicated to inquire on use of the contraceptive methods, the modalities of use and the new knowledges, with particilary respect to the opinions to the new contraceptive methods (hormonal daily release and vaginal ring) actually used in Italy. In the specific one we are interested in verify if the subjects use the contracptives and their acquaintance of new methods of contraception at present in commerce. Morover we need to know their opinion about such contraceptives and what about their use in the sphere of couple. Our data clearly show that the use of condom is the first method put in practice and the contraceptive pill is the second. Morover the knowledges concerning the new methods of contraceptions are lacking in informations. So, unfortunally, only few respondes know the hormonal patch but they never used them. Finally we would like to stress that 3% of responders again use as contraceptive method the coitus interruptus and prefers it to the condom.
