Vaginimus and Female Sexuality / Sexualité féminine et vaginisme.

ABSTRACT- Objective(Objectif) : Starting from the vaginism symptom, to define typologies of patients and to refine assumptions of responsibility . Material and methods (matériel et méthodes) : From the study of 20 vaginism files, collected over two years per order of arrival, will be noted: - The patients social-cultural level; - Their marital situation; - The characterization of the vaginism type (primary, secondary, complete, incomplete, total, partial, selective, non-selective); - The consultation number and treatment duration; - The description of sexological assumptions of responsibility type; - Difficulties met. Results ( résultats) : Results analyse : - Abandonments of therapies and lost sight of the fact; - Types of difficulties met in therapeutic programs - Positive therapeutic issues. Conclusion and discussion (conclusion et discussion) : Starting from : - The analysis of the literature on the various etiologic assumptions of the vaginism like the phobias (phobia ′′from foreigner′′ amongst other things) and the oedipien problems of castration, - the analysis of the clinical and psychosocial characteristics of these patients, - the analysis of the shelves met during the application of sexotherapies; will be discussed various therapeutic ways, according to typologies highlighted, and their results. - The reproductiveness of these approaches on a more important sample and into multicentric will remain to be validated in order to determine if methodology depends on the therapeutist, the technique, or the nosography of the symptom.
