ABSTRACT- SExual health is important aspect of the health in general as of health life wich touches the humanity of all the ages, to all the stages of life. Whole humanity hoped on the capacity human being to reproduir it in order to ensure its survival. Sexual being in intention to get sexual pleasure, medical education remains of rigour to avoid human perdition. Nowadays,there are sexual bursting and invasion of sexual in all the fields of the though and the expression.National measurements durable and urgent then international must be to carry out in order to maintain a better health sexual. Only ,here is,starting from the courses,of the reviews;conferences,programs of television,posters,a change of mentality,civilisation of behavevior sexual timiditly intervened by certain individuals responsables.Little with little,with the systhem of medical education, the positive behavior are adopted(regards of one self event,self respect even and of autruit,a respectful sexual satisfaction of the other,joy of the desired pregnancy)while invoiding the negative elements which could have harmful effects on sexual and reproductive health(non desired pregnancy,HIV/SIDA, MST, abuts then sexual). The authorities administrative,the non gouvernemental organisations ,the religious institutions and the professionnal of health of the world must make efforts plan, direct and support the programs of education on sexual and health in general in order to make progress the inititives centered on the promotion of a program of education.Education for health sexual as regards sex education remains a challengen for the fight, the prevention and the treatment of the sexual dysfontions,of the diseases sexually transmissibles including HIV/SIDA too for the figh against the irresponsible behaviors sexual.
