Désir, intimité, proximité en médecine sexuelle. Arnaud-Beauchamps, Nicole*,1, 1 SFSC, Paris, paris, France ABSTRACT- Inside our medical office, as women talk about their sex life, something very special is obvious: sexual life is intimate, it's the most intimate part of our life. How can we manage this intimacy in sexual medicine? how bearable proximity can be? first of all we will discuss what kind of setting sexology practice is needing of then we will approach the reality of therapeutic alliance, basis and abilities, as talking of one'sexuality requires trust and secret. In practice we listen to sexual dysfunctions (sometimes image of couple's lack of intimacy) , we can touch bodies in quite a proximity, but it's so a paradox that never patient and therapist will be intimate. Key words: desire, intimacy, sexual medicine |
