Psychological testing and transsexualism.

ABSTRACT- Psychological test findings from patients seeking sex reassignment will be presented. The objective is to illustrate the contribution of psychological testing to the study of gender identity and to the study of transsexualism. Focus is on Rorschach and TAT findings. Clinicians working in a multi-disciplinary setting, with a psychodynamic orientation, will find this presentation pertinent to their own clinical-diagnostic work.
